The APCERT 2006 conference will be held in March, 28-31, 2006 Beijing in conjunction with the CNCERT/CC 2006 annual conference. As usual, attendance at two conferences is always high. In 2005, for APCERT conference in Kyoto, Japan, there were participants from 13 APCERT teams across 11 economies in the Asia Pacific region, and nearly 100 participants in the APCERT open session. For CNCERT/CC conference in Guilin, P.R.China, we had more than 300 participants from all over the world. We expect a larger number and more achievements in 2006 as we will combine two conferences cooperating together and locate it in Beijing which is the 2008 Olympic city.
